Gilco Greens SCOPE OF PROJECT
The scope of this project involves the construction of a multi-storey residential complex in Phagwara. The project includes the design, development, and execution of modern, high- quality apartments equipped with the latest amenities. This Project is RERA Approved and PUDA approved also. This Project is in conjunction with the Existing Township Named as “Gilco Greens” which is a combination of both Plotting as well as Group Housing.
As per Approved Layout Plan there are Total 140 Nos Plots and 301 Flats with Five Towers Namely (D, E, F, G & H).
